DC SNOW TEAM TO DEPLOY TUE., DEC. 10 FOR UPCOMING SNOW STORM
(Washington, DC) The DC Snow Team (Department of Public Works and Department of Transportation) will deploy more than 200 plows to commercial and residential streets Tuesday morning, December 10 to be on site in advance of the upcoming winter storm predicted to start with sleet, then change to snow and drop 2-5 inches before ending in the late afternoon. The daytime temperature will be 36F and will fall to 27F at night. Any snow, slush, or melting from the snow event will freeze overnight Tuesday. Wednesday is expected to be sunny with a high of 36F and a low of 19F.
